12noon onwards – campsite open
6.30pm – Music & Song sessions at Evesham Rowing Club (The Boathouse), The Red Lion, Evesham & The Fleece Inn, Bretforton
6.30pm Evesham morris sides Belle d’Vain, Elemental and Pebworth will be dancing in Market Square outside the Red Lion, Evesham
8pm Ceilidh with BANTER in the marquee next to the Rowing Club. Dance spot by Hastings RX Morris. Free for weekend wristbands holders, a limited number of additional tickets can be purchased from Reception for £15
Saturday 20 June 26
7.30am onwards Breakfast at the Rowing Club
10am-3pm- Coach tours to include dancing throughout the day at various locations around the Vale.
3.15pm -6.30pm Mass dancing in Market Square and in Abbey Gardens, Evesham
6.30pm Quarter Peal – Bell Tower Evesham
6.30pm Informal music and singing sessions at the Rowing Club and Red Lion (Evesham) and the Fleece in Bretforton. (Free shuttle bus from campsite to Fleece for wristbands holders, 6.30pm until midnight)
8.30pm Concert with Club Debris in the marquee. Show dances by Sussex Junction Morris. Free for weekend wristbands holders, a limited number of additional tickets can be purchased from Reception for £15
Sunday 21 June 26
7.30 onwards Breakfast at the Rowing Club
10.00am Church service All Saints Church, Market Place, Evesham with dancing by Minnesota Traditional Morris
10.30am onwards All Sides meet at the Bandstand in Abbey Park
11.00am Procession of Morris dances from Abbey Gardens to the Market Square followed by the presentation of the Evesham Stick – awarded to the side which has best performed the spirit of Morris throughout the weekend.
Dancing in the Market Square and around the town until 4.00pm
A fun filled weekend of dance around the Vale.
