Volunteers wanted

Alongside everything that goes on behind the scenes to organise this spectacular event of Morris, it takes an army of stewards to assist in the running of it. That is where YOU could come in to assist!
Please fill in this form if you are interested.

Your duties will include:

– Assisting with Reception, Ceilidh and Concert

⁠- Breakfast duties (No cooking!)

⁠- Coach Tours

⁠- Sunday procession
(Duties apportioned fairly)


There are lots of perks for being a steward! You get:

  • Free camping for the weekend
  • Breakfast on Friday and Saturday.
  • Entry to the Ceilidh on Friday and the Concert on Saturday.
  • A spot on the coach tours (space permitting) and lunch on the Saturday.

We’re especially keen to build strong tours and spots for rapper, sword, clog and Appalachian teams this year, so do give us a shout!

Huge thanks to the committee and all the weekend volunteers, and all the dancers and musicians for joining us. That’s too to tour lunch spots & hosts across the Vale. Congratulations to everyone for coping in the heat, to Hastings RX morris for winning the 2025 Evesham Stick.

Saturday 21 June – Concert with Granny’s Attic

New for 2025, Saturday night concert at the Evesham Rowing Club marquee. Free to weekend wristband holders, tickets £15 on the door.

What a Weekend!

Thank you to all the committee, weekend volunteers, drivers, and venues – and of course to all the wonderful dancers and musicians. Please do share your photos & videos, and save the date for next year – 20 to 22 June 2025!

Banter join us for the Saturday ceilidh! based in the marquee at the campsite, and open to festival goers wearing wristbands.

Described as “The future of Folk”, Banter take English traditional music to the next level with their iconic interpretations of classic songs and dance tunes.
